The two of us have spent a lot of time working for, with, in and around advertising agencies and their clients. Our respective backgrounds gave us insight into how agencies work (or don’t) and why so many clients are unhappy. We were, quite frankly, amazed at how something as simple as client service seemed to be so difficult for agencies – and other businesses - to grasp. “It’s not Rocket Science!”
Turns out, it is. Apparently, it takes Rocket Science to create a client-oriented company.
Every business has its own philosophy, its own personality, and its own laws of operation. What they want to be, what they stand for, what you can expect from them. For some, you can find those things in their slogans, or their “branding statements.”
We have created our own mission objectives - the Rocket Science Marketing Labs Laws of Operations.
